Get ready for an amazing market back at Scottsdale Civic Center! We have many exciting activities and experiences planned for our shoppers. Enjoy live music, beer gardens for adults, and endless fun for the entire family! We can't wait for you to join us for our festive 2 day market, the Merry Merchantile Market on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14, 2025!

Market hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturday, December 13 and 10am to 4pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Vendors are required to participate on both days of the market.

We’re excited to welcome you as an Experience Vendor at the market! Your unique, interactive offering will add something special to the event and will be featured in our promotional reels. You’ll also receive a prime booth location. Categories such as piercings, tattoos, hat bars, and permanent jewelry fall under Experience Vendors. Please note that we typically limit these popular offerings to 2–3 vendors, though similar services may be present.

We’re always open to fresh, creative ideas that elevate the market experience—thank you for being part of it!

Vendor Space Reservation Policy:  Experience Vendor spaces are held for three business days. After that, they may be offered to other vendors in your category. Important: Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received. If another vendor in your category pays before you and your payment is submitted late, your payment will be refunded. To secure your spot, please click the link below and submit payment promptly.

Experience Vendor - $750 for 10'x10' space for both days
A 10’x10’ white, cream, or branded canopy is required and must be weighted on all four legs.  Electricity is available for an additional $50 (for both days); however, please note that powered spaces are limited. Vendors needing more space may purchase additional 10’x10’ booth spaces. For safety and stability, all canopies must be securely weighted on all four legs. Spaces may be located on grass, gravel, or pavement and may have a slight incline.

Important Notice:

  • Fire Resistance Requirement: All vendor tents must have a fire-resistant label or certificate, as required by the Scottsdale Fire Department. Tents without proper documentation will be removed. CPAI-84 certified tents meet this requirement. By purchasing a vendor space, you agree to comply. Thank you for helping us keep the event safe.
  • Overnight Booth Setup Guideline: Weather permitting, vendors may leave their booths intact overnight from Saturday to Sunday at their own discretion. If doing so, tents must be fully enclosed with zippered or Velcro-attached sidewalls to cover and conceal all contents. Additionally, all tents must be securely weighted at all four corners.
  • Security: All vendors are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables overnight — including but not limited to cash boxes, electronics, merchandise, and sensitive materials.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE: Vendors who begin packing up or leaving before the official market close time will be subject to a $50 early breakdown fee. Early departure may affect your eligibility to participate in future markets.
  • NO SHOW: Failure to notify us of your absence will result in a $50 no-show fee and may lead to removal from consideration for future markets.

NO REFUNDS/CREDITS/TRANSFERS FOR ANY REASON - THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT

NEXT STEPS:

  1. Pay to reserve your space by purchasing a space on this listing. We cannot hold spaces. If you require electricity, please ensure to ADD BOTH "10'x10' Booth ONLY" AND "+$50 Add-On to Booth for Electricity" to cart when you checkout to purchase space. Spaces are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE regardless of the reason, sorry!

  2. After your space has been purchased and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a separate email containing downloadable materials, including event graphics.
    UPDATE: We have updated the Vendor Agreement for 2025-2026 Market season, and all participating vendors will be required to review and submit a signed copy of the revised agreement. We will be sending the revised Vendor Agreement in a separate email shortly.

  3. Be sure to add Scottsdale to your Arizona TPT license. If it’s not already listed, visit aztaxes.gov and complete the form under the “Businesses” section. Fees may apply, and your license should arrive within 5 business days. After the event, you must report and pay sales tax to the City of Scottsdale. For help, contact the Arizona Department of Revenue directly—we’re unable to assist with licensing. Learn more at azdor.gov.

SHARING POLICY

To help us promote the event, all vendors are asked to:

  1. Share the Event Graphic
    Post or repost the official event graphic on your Instagram and Facebook stories at least once a week, starting the day you receive it.

  2. Post Your Vendor Graphic
    After purchasing your space, download and post the "I’m an Experience Vendor" graphic to let your followers know you’ll be there!

  3. Spread the Word
    Promote the event through your social media, email newsletters, and with your friends, family, and community. Need flyers? Email us at contact@merchantilemarket.com.

  4. Please Pronounce Us Right!
    Please say The Merchantile as “Merch-an-tile.”

DONATION ITEMS

We invite you to donate a small item for our giveaway baskets. We will be raffling up to two gift baskets and always have a giveaway for the first 100 customers at the Welcome Booth!

Please drop off your items anytime between now and the week of the market to ensure a proper Instagram shout-out for your business. You can also include coupons for the baskets. Drop off at our Scottsdale store only or mail your items to:
