We are thrilled to welcome you as a Sponsor the Merchantile Market happening Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Scottsdale Civic Center! Join us for an incredible day featuring live music, beer gardens for adults, family-friendly fun, and interactive experiences for our attendees. Our markets have attracted between 5,000 and 13,000 attendees per event!
Market hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturday, February 14 and 10am to 4pm on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
It is your responsibility to adhere to all rules and guidelines we have outlined for sponsors. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event with no refunds issued. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and understand that failure to submit required documents on time may result in forfeiture of your sponsorship without refund. This responsibility is entirely yours.
- FIRE RESISTANCE REQUIREMENT: All sponsor tents must have a fire-resistant label or certificate, as required by the Scottsdale Fire Department. Tents without proper documentation will be removed. CPAI-84 certified tents meet this requirement. By purchasing a sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement. All tents must be securely weighted at all four corners.
- Overnight 10’x10’ Booth Setup Guidelines: Weather permitting, sponsors who purchase sponsorship for BOTH Saturday and Sunday may leave their booths intact overnight from Saturday to Sunday at their own discretion. If doing so, tents must be fully enclosed with zippered or Velcro-attached sidewalls to cover and conceal all contents. Additionally, all tents must be securely weighted at all four corners.
- Overnight Security: Overnight security will be present on-site and conducting regular patrols throughout the duration of the event, including between event days. There will be approximately 6 security guards present and will be in charge of a designated area. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended in vendor spaces or on market grounds. By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own property and inventory outside of official event hours.
- IMPORANT: Sponsors are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables overnight — including but not limited to cash boxes, electronics, merchandise, and sensitive materials. SPONSORSHIP POLICY
Sponsor spaces are not reserved. Once all spaces are sold out, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Sponsorships are not guaranteed until payment is received. To secure your sponsorship, submit payment promptly via the link provided.

$700 (price per day of the market)
- 10'x10' Booth Space: Ample space for direct engagement with attendees.
- Logo in Promotional Reel: Featured in the official reel promoting the market.
- Email Newsletter Feature: Your logo included in email newsletters reaching over 7,000 subscribers.
- Website Inclusion: Your logo and website featured on our homepage and sponsors page.
- Material at Welcome Booth: Please provide your company material for display or to hand to customers at the Welcome Booth on market day.
- Electricity Option: Available for an additional $50 (limited availability).
Please note that spaces may be on grass, gravel, or pavement with slight incline.

Pay to Secure Your Sponsorship: Submit payment using the link provided in your approval email. Sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

After purchasing the vendor space, you will receive an email with downloadable event graphics for you to post on social media.
- UPDATE: The Vendor Agreement for the 2025–2026 Market Season has been updated. All participating vendors are required to review and submit a signed copy of the revised agreement. We will be sending the updated Vendor Agreement to those who have not yet completed and returned it.
