Get ready for an amazing market back at Scottsdale Civic Center! We have many exciting activities and experiences planned for our shoppers. Enjoy live music, beer gardens for adults, and endless fun for the entire family! We can't wait for you to join us at our Spring Soirée Merchantile Market on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, 2026!
Market hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 25 and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 26. Vendors must participate in both days of the market.
SPACES AVAILABLE
We’re excited to welcome you as an Experience Vendor at the market! Your unique, interactive offering will add something special to the event and will be featured in our promotional reels. You’ll also receive a prime booth location. Categories such as piercings, tattoos, hat bars, and permanent jewelry fall under Experience Vendors. Please note that we typically limit these popular offerings to 2–3 vendors, though similar services may be present.
We’re always open to fresh, creative ideas that elevate the market experience—thank you for being part of it!
Vendor Space Reservation Policy: Experience Vendor spaces are held for three business days. After that, they may be offered to other vendors in your category. Important: Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received. If another vendor in your category pays before you and your payment is submitted late, your payment will be refunded. To secure your spot, please click the link below and submit payment promptly.
Experience Vendors
$650 for 10’x10’ booth space for both days
FILLED CATEGORIES: TATTOOS - We are currently not accepting any Tattoo Vendors for the April markets
Vendors are required to bring their own setup including a 10’ x 10’ canopy in white, cream, or a branded design. All canopies must be securely weighted on all four legs with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg. Weights must be firmly attached or strapped at all times. Stakes or any ground-damaging methods are strictly prohibited. Electricity is available for an additional $50 per market, though powered spaces are limited. Vendors needing extra space may purchase additional 10’ x 10’ booth areas. Booths may be located on grass, gravel, or pavement and may have a slight incline, so please plan accordingly. For safety reasons, canopies without proper weights may be required to be dismantled at any time.
Important Notice:
- Fire Resistance Requirement: All vendor tents must have a fire-resistant label or certificate, as required by the Scottsdale Fire Department. Tents without proper documentation will be removed. CPAI-84 certified tents meet this requirement. By purchasing a vendor space, you agree to comply. Thank you for helping us keep the event safe.
- Overnight 10’x10’ Booth Setup Guidelines: Weather permitting, vendors may leave booths intact overnight from Saturday to Sunday at their own discretion, though overnight conditions can be unpredictable. Tents left in place must be fully enclosed with zippered or Velcro-attached sidewalls, lowered, and securely weighted at all four corners (minimum 40 lbs per leg; no stakes allowed). Mandatory takedown will be required if wind, rain, storms, or overnight gusts of 15 mph or higher are forecasted or observed. Weather updates and instructions will be communicated via email and vendors are responsible for following all directions.
- NEW: By participating, vendors agree to comply with the Weather & Canopy Policy as linked in the vendor approval email.
- Security: All vendors are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables overnight — including but not limited to cash boxes, electronics, merchandise, and sensitive materials.
- EARLY DEPARTURE: Vendors who begin packing up or leaving before the official market close time will be subject to a $50 early breakdown fee. Early departure may affect your eligibility to participate in future markets.
- NO SHOW: Failure to notify us of your absence will result in a $50 no-show fee and may lead to removal from consideration for future markets.
While we do our best to limit similar product categories and space out vendors with overlapping items, it’s not always possible to avoid placing similar vendors near each other. Even if you pay for a special placement request, we cannot guarantee you won’t be near someone in the same category. We do our best to accommodate, but some overlap may occur.

Spaces are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE regardless of the reason, sorry!

After purchasing the vendor space, you will receive an email with downloadable event graphics for you to post on social media.
UPDATE: We have updated the Vendor Agreement for 2025-2026 Market season, and all participating vendors will be required to review and submit a signed copy of the revised agreement. We will be sending the revised Vendor Agreement in a separate email shortly. -
Be sure to add Scottsdale to your Arizona TPT license. If it’s not already listed, visit aztaxes.gov and complete the form under the “Businesses” section. Fees may apply, and your license should arrive within 5 business days. After the event, you must report and pay sales tax to the City of Scottsdale. For help, contact the Arizona Department of Revenue directly—we’re unable to assist with licensing. Learn more at azdor.gov.

DONATION ITEMS
We invite you to donate a small item for our giveaway baskets. We will be raffling up to two gift baskets and always have a giveaway for the first 100 customers at the Welcome Booth!
Please drop off your items anytime between now and the week of the market to ensure a proper Instagram shout-out for your business. You can also include coupons for the baskets. Drop off at our Scottsdale store only or mail your items to:
